Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service outline the rules for using getrecommended.io. By accessing or using our diagnostic tool, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

We provide an AI Engine Optimisation (AEO) diagnostic tool for Australian small businesses. The tool scans your digital presence to check whether AI search engines recommend your business.

We offer two levels of service:

Disclaimer on AI Recommendations

AI engines change their algorithms, training data, and responses constantly. The reports we generate represent a snapshot in time. We do not guarantee that your business will continue to be recommended by any AI engine in the future, nor do we guarantee specific business outcomes from using our tool.

Competitor Data

Our tool analyses competitor businesses that appear in AI recommendations. All competitor data is sourced exclusively from publicly available information. We do not access proprietary or private data of other businesses. The inclusion of competitor data in your report is for informational purposes only.

Intellectual Property

The getrecommended.io tool, its underlying code, design, and original content are owned by us. The reports generated for you are for your internal business use. You may not resell or commercially redistribute the reports without our permission.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, getrecommended.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool. Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report.

Refunds

We offer refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Because our paid reports are digital products delivered instantly, refunds are generally only provided if the scan fails to complete or does not deliver the promised data. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our tool evolves. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the terms on this page.
