Partner terms

1. The program

The GetRecommended.io Founding Partner Program lets approved partners earn a commission by introducing the GetRecommended.io diagnostic to their clients and audience. These terms govern your participation. By applying and ticking the agreement box, you accept them.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to professionals and businesses that serve small business clients. Every application is reviewed by hand. Approval is at our sole discretion, and we may decline or revoke a partnership at any time without giving a reason.

3. Commission

You earn a flat 35% of the net sale price of each paid diagnostic report purchased through your referral link. Net means the price excluding any taxes and Stripe processing fees. The rate is the same for every approved partner, confirmed in writing when you are approved.

If we ever change the rate, we will confirm it in writing before any change takes effect on your account. You will always know what you are earning before you promote.

4. Attribution and the cookie window

When a visitor clicks your referral link, we place a tracking cookie that attributes their activity to you for 90 days. If they purchase a paid report within that 90-day window, the sale is credited to you, even if they took the free scan first and bought later.

• If the cookie expires before purchase, no commission is earned on that sale.
• Where two partners could claim the same sale, the most recent qualifying click inside the window wins (last-click attribution).
• Self-referrals (buying through your own link) are permitted but may be reviewed and withheld where they look like rate manipulation.

5. Payout schedule

Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th, for the prior month’s confirmed sales. The minimum payout threshold is $100 AUD, roughly two referred reports (or the equivalent in your payout currency). If your confirmed balance is below the threshold at the payout date, it rolls forward and is paid once the balance clears the threshold.

• A sale is “confirmed” once it clears the refund window and the customer payment has settled.
• Payouts are made via the method configured in your partner dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your payout details current.
• You are responsible for any taxes payable on commissions you earn.

6. Refunds and reversals

If a customer is refunded for a report purchased through your link, the related commission is reversed. If the commission has already been paid out, it is deducted from your next payout. Chargebacks and fraudulent transactions are reversed in the same way.

7. Prohibited tactics

Partners must not:

• make misleading or exaggerated claims about the report, its outcomes, or any AI engine named in it;
• use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive advertising to promote the service;
• bid on GetRecommended.io brand terms, or close variants, in paid search advertising;
• impersonate GetRecommended.io or claim to be an employee or official representative;
• use cookie stuffing, click fraud, forced clicks, or any form of artificial referral generation;
• offer unauthorised cash rebates or incentives that breach platform or advertising rules; or
• register domains, social handles, or app names that imply you are GetRecommended.io.

Breaching this section is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions tied to the breaching activity.

8. Brand and intellectual property

Partners may use the GetRecommended.io name and the approved marketing materials in the Partner Toolkit. You must not modify the brand assets, create derivative works, or use the brand in a way that implies we endorse your own services beyond the referral relationship.

9. Confidentiality

Partners must not share their referral tracking data, commission rates, or any non-public information about the program with third parties.

10. Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time, with 14 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately for a breach of section 7. On termination:

• your referral link is deactivated and no further commissions accrue;
• commissions already confirmed and above the payout threshold are paid on the next scheduled payout date; and
• commissions tied to prohibited or fraudulent activity are forfeited.

11. Limitation of liability

GetRecommended.io is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability is limited to the commissions earned in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active partners by email and post the updated terms with a new effective date. Continued participation after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
