Linda founded Get Recommended after building two earlier businesses focused on Australian small business owners: HoursBackLab, a content and AI playbook business for women founders, and InTheClearAI, an AI compliance product for AU SMEs.

Get Recommended started from a pattern she kept hearing from customers. AI tools were starting to shape how their own customers chose who to hire, and they had no way to see what was happening. The product is the answer to one question: are they recommending me, or someone else?

The bias of the company shows up in the product. The reports are written for non-technical owners to read on a Sunday morning, hand to a developer on Monday, and see results inside a few weeks. No retainer. No mystery. No promises that depend on algorithms we don't control.
